Lake Frederica Shopping Center is located on SR 436 (S. Semoran blvd) approximately three miles from the Orlando International Airport. Built in 1988, the property is anchored by a Publix Supermarket and shadow anchored by a Super Wal-Mart which sits contiguous to the property. SR 436 is a heavily traveled north south corridor which runs from Orlando International Airport into Winter Park, Casselberry and Apopka, all suburbs of Orlando. The immediate trade area includes a dense population with a balanced mix of hotel, retail, office and multi-family housing. In 2015/2016 we negotiated a new lease with Publix and tore down their old store and built a new store. The property totals 89,000 square feet with the Publix location being one of their current prototypes at 45,600 square feet. Other notable tenants include Gamestop, Donato's Clothing Store, Own It Now (rent to own), Petland and Sally Beauty.
