Flag Wharf extended the lease with Buddy's Home Furnishings at the the outparcel at Palatka Marketplace.  A new roof was also recently put on the building along with painting the building.

Flag Wharf facilitated the extension of the lease with Winn Dixie at Mariner Village.  Winn Dixie extend their lease for 5 years and the landlord upgraded the the parking lot lighting and plans to paint the building.

Flag Wharf in conjunction with the landlord, leased the former Dollar Tree space to Kelsey's Appliances at Defuniak Springs Shopping Center.

Flag Wharf, through a special purpose entity, purchased Asbury Commons in Green Cove Springs (Jacksonville MSA), FL.  Winn Dixie anchors the shopping center and there is 17,600 square feet of in-line space.  It is the only grocery within 6 miles.

6/2019

Flag Wharf facilitated the extension of the Grand Buffet restaurant at Riley Place Shopping Center.  In addition, recent upgrades to the property were completed including painting the building, an upgraded pylon sign, parking lot light upgrade and seal and striping of the parking lot.
