Thomas J. Cannon III began his professional career as a commercial real estate lending officer in a major New York City bank. He purchased his first building in 1979 and has focused on long term cash flow benefits of well located commercial properties.

Tom believes that in a fully integrated company to be successful in commercial real estate business, an individual must be involved in all aspects of the property including construction, leasing, accounting and property management.

Tom is a graduate of Boston College where he is an active alumni, has his MBA and is admitted to the bar in NY, NJ and Washington D.C. He is a licensed real estate broker and member of the ICSC.

He has two boys and resides in Florida.

Stephen Sokop, Chief Financial Officer, began his career with a real estate development company involved in a variety of projects including retail, office and retirement communities. His title was controller and his responsibilities included financial reporting and analysis on potential developments as well as working with various institutions and investors that provided financing. After seven years with this company Stephen relocated to the Boston area and accepted a position as controller at a property management company. He helped the company complete a merger and oversaw the transition of management contracts and accounting functions and controls. It was at this time he met Mr. Cannon and accepted the position of CFO for Flag Wharf Inc.

Stephen received his BBA with a major in accounting and a minor in economics from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA with a concentration in finance from Western New England College.

Stephen resides in a suburb of Boston with his wife and three children. In his spare time he enjoys coaching his children's various sporting activities along with playing basketball, golf and skiing.

Donna Rinaudo, Administrative Assistant in the New York office began her career as a secretary for Metropolitan Life in the Purchasing Department in New York City. After five years with Metropolitan Life, she took time off to raise her three  children. In 1998 she then resumed her career as a salesperson and manager of a health and wellness company.

In 2002, Donna began working with Flag Wharf Inc. She is also a paralegal and assists Thomas Cannon with his pro-bono legal work which she enjoys and feels that she is making a small difference in people’s lives.

Donna is also a grandmother to three beautiful grandchildren.

Maria Estrella, Bookkeeper/Office Manager in the Boston Office, began her career as Bookkeeper for Central Parking System / Prudential Ctr. Garage Boston. After five years with this company she took a couple a years off to raise her newborn baby. In 2004 Maria recommenced her profession in the banking field as Senior Junior Accountant at Fleet Boston Financial / Foreign Exchange Dept. and Jasmine Sola Boston until the company was sold. She has been part of Flag Wharf Inc since October 2006.

Maria resides in Boston with her family and loves sports and spending quality time with her relatives and children.

Debra Lynch, Accountant in the Boston Office, began her career. She has been part of Flag Wharf Inc since 2012.
